We always try to deliver products as quickly as possible, but delays may occur due to courier services or unforeseen circumstances.
Clothmaya will not be responsible for any loss or inconvenience caused by delivery delays beyond our control.
In case of emergency delivery you have to pay the product price in advance we will send your parcel through pathao/uber instant delivery method. after receiving the parcel you will pay the carrying charge to the rider.

5. Return & Refund Policy
Returns are accepted only if a damaged or incorrect product is delivered and also varified by delivery agent.
Customers must inform us while receiving the product.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after the returned product is received and verified in its original condition.
